Orders are normally despatched within 7 working days although we aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receipt of your order as we use Royal Mail 2nd class service as a standard. But if your order is urgent, you can upgrade to a quicker service, called Urgent, quick check out at the rate of £5.00.
We are flexible enough to upgrade the delivery service to 1st class or special/recorded delivery if required by any urgency, however, a recorded delivery may not be convenient to sign for as it requires you to be at home at the time of the delivery. Overseas
If ordering from outside of the UK, shipping charges will be charged at international rates either by Royal Mail or TNT at £15.00 per parcel. European and Worldwide orders may take longer. Please give us a call (Tel: 00(44) 1379870999) in this case so that we can assist you accurately.

Payments
UK Payment
Med&Vet uk ltd accepts Cheques (made payable to Med&Vet Uk LTD), Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron. Getitcard payment will soon be available. It is a prepaid payment, like a “voucher” so that if you do not wish to pay by credit card, you can still pay with this voucher. Of course, you would need to pay for the voucher in the first place, but it is flexible enough to be used over a period of time in different online shops that would accept it. You can order over the Internet, via phone or alternatively - send your order (together with payment details) by fax, or in the post.
Med&Vet uk ltd do not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post.

- ISSUE NUMBER / EXPIRY DATE / VALID FROM DATE
The last 3 digits of the security number on the reverse of the card (cryptogram)
When payment for goods ordered is made by credit card through our secure system, it is administered by Paypal. You will receive e-mail confirmation that the transaction has been authorised and that your card has been debited. You will also receive a reference number with this confirmation which will be required for any correspondence.
Overseas Payment
Once an order is placed www.horse-wormer.co.uk will issue a postal cost to all overseas orders. The customer agrees the rates of products and postage costs as part of Med&Vet uk ltd terms and conditions.
At Med&Vet Uk ltd, we accept credit card payment even when shopping from outside the UK. Just place your order and our team from www.horse-wormer.co.uk will contact you with postal costs. Your credit card company will convert the full transaction into the currency of your country.
Our team from www.horse-wormer.co.uk reserves the right to refuse credit card payment from some countries.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We make it a priority to ensure all items for sale in the www.horse-wormer.co.uk web site are in supply, and that you get what you have ordered. If for any reason an item is out of stock, or we do not receive products from the manufacturer in time for our delivery deadline, we will notify you of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and you will be refunded in full for it.

Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 15 %
No allowance is made for import tax outside of the UK and this is the responsibility of the customer.
Credit Card Security:
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee and Returns Policy:
We guarantee your satisfaction. We believe that our products are of the highest standard possible for the price we charge, and we try to provide the best possible service to you.
Always keep your invoice or despatch note as this is your proof of our guarantee. If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original condition. If we are able to accept the return of any item, as detailed in the Consumer Protection [Distance Selling] Regulations 2000, we will refund the cost of that item. Genuinely faulty goods will be credited by refunding the amount paid for the item in full and return P&P. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify www.horse-wormer.co.uk by e-mail within 10 days of receiving the goods. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it recorded post. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by our team at Med&Vet uk Ltd, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.
